My Aussie loves this place.
Accustomed to seeing my dog be scared at going to the kennels I tired this place on my vets recommendation. To my amazement she walks right in the front door by herself and tells them Hi! They
love her and she is eager to jump out of the car and join them for day boarding or overnights.
These folks know dogs and I relax knowing she is being cared for and not just kenneled.
You will get a tour of the place as I did, and complete instructions on the day routine if you ask. Great folks!…
LOVE Randenn Kennels!. I believe the other comment is a fake/negative response to this supposed client's business with Randenn Kennels. I have been using Randenn Kennels for many years as well as my neighborhood friends, and we have never had a problem, especially with the staff who are always knowledgable and friendly, backed with many years of experience. Not quite sure about the dog behavior issues, maybe Stacy Setter should train her dog. Just for a final note, the owners won Westminster Kennel Club Best In Show (yeah, the worlds best), in 1991, so I think they know a little bit about dog behavior.…

I should have known when the office staff was unfriendly, not interested in my dogs, didn't ask me to fill out any paperwork about my dogs, wouldn't let me see the kennels or have a tour, never
called me to ask about my dogs and any difficulties they were having and told me my dog was very aggressive on pickup that
this was not the place for me or my dogs. Does anyone here really know about dog behavior? If not, you should not be running a boarding facility. I will not go back.…
