I have been ripped off by this place twice. There may have been more times I haven't caught. The first time they gave me a full refund for the product and the second time when the same thing happened they only refunded me the difference, so they're policies don't stay the same either apparently. When you purchase something on sale, on your receipt it won't say the sales price.... they cleverly write the original price (for ex. a bottle of wine @13.99) and then a subtraction sign with how much you saved (ex. - 5 in savings). I should have had more than the $5 in savings. I was charged 8.99 when the price of the iten was 6.49. This has happened twice to me. I think it's very deceiving to not put the price you were charged on your receipt. It's easy for a person to look and think, "good, they discounted me because it was on sale" when in actuality I should have had $8 off of the purchase. They need to be consistant in their customer service also. Why 2 different responses for the same problem? Bring your service somewhere else.

Pitiful. I went to Lowes today for groceries and was so disappointed. This store has the potential to be so much better. It was busy, but only 2 check out lines were open. My line was soooooo slow. I'm in favor of hiring 'limited' personnel, but the bagger could barely function. He bagged my groceries in a horendous manner, and the cashier had to rebag them which took forever. Then the bags were so heavy I could barely lift them. The lady behind me in line gave up, and went to stand in the other line. Nobody smiles, nobody looks happy. I took petfood to donate, and was told they didn't have a bin for the collection. Ugh....I'll have to go elsewhere.

Just "NO". It's a shame this grocery store is so close to my house, but I will drive the extra mile to another grocery any day.

I have NEVER met a friendly person that works in the checkout, even the manager.

For years, I came to this grocery for convinance and they have decent coupons and deals with the lowes card. But this particular store is just disgusting.

One trip a few months ago, I went to the restroom, and the bathroom had feces on the door, the toilet and even the wall.

When I entered the restroom, an employee was talking on her cell phone, not even paying attention to the odor and disgust all over the bathroom. ANother lady came into the restroom after I did and tried speaking to the girl about the mess and she apparently did not speak english!!!

Every time I have left lowes, I find myself always saying how much I hate that place.

The employees at the checkout and the manager need to get a personality and be a little more kind to their customers. AND HIRE A JANITOR!!!!
