Great food, easy, fast and yummy!. We eat there quite a bit. The food is always good and it is easy and fast to go there with my kid. The downside is it is pretty expensive for a 3 year old, I say $6.95.

You can choose any meat combination and no extra charge for beef, chickem seafood, etc. Comes with tons of veggie choices and tons of different sauces. I like the spicy mixed with sesame oil!

Good experience. Good atmosphere for a family outing. We made different combinations with the available sauces and don't forget to add the dry spices for some real flavor. The buffet bar was kept clean and the area replenished. Waiters a bit eager for their tip and came around the table a bit too often...it was Sunday night though so they were not full. I'd go back again but next time for lunch when prices are even better.

This lively eatery encourages you to play with your food.. In Short
Crazy Fire attempts to tap into every diner's secret desire to play with food, but it's best to follow the recipes on the wall. Choose from a selection of raw meats, including chicken, shrimp, beef and pork; follow with fresh vegetables and spices. Bring your bowl to the huge grill, and a staff member will stir-fry it to perfection (complete with a shouting, banging show).

not bad. This is a fun place to eat, but dont go to crazy fire without an empty belly! You get all you can eat. Also, dont even think about using the mild sauce. It is REALLY spicy!

Great service and food. Although they have had some problems with the Health Rating a few times, we enjoy eating here and are able to always put together a great dining experience. Nader, the manager, is a fantastic guy and is very concerned about his diners' enjoyment of the restaurant. If you order the buffet(mandatory in the evening) they do not mind if you do not eat a dish that did not come out to your liking, and opt to prepare a second attempt. I am able to prepare a take-out dish that is enough food for two to eat dinner for $6.95.

Lots of Fun & Yummy - lacking atmosphere. This is a fun place to eat -- you make your own dinner & then watch them cook it. Someone else complained that you only get one bowl, then can't take home leftovers. Maybe that's the case for lunch...but for dinner, it's all you can eat. (which does mean no leftovers) The atmosphere here is definitely lacking, but the one is Raleigh does have better atmosphere. Try to avoid busy times, because it can be slow waiting to go through the line to make your food & waiting for it to be cooked. If you end up having your food cooked at different times than everyone else in your party, you'll end up eating at your table alone.

Great concept, good food, poor service. Crazy Fire is a neat place... I keep going back to try a new concoction. The nice thing about the mix-your-own-bowl concept is you get all the advantages of "cooking" yourself without the hassles. However, CF's service leaves a bit to be desired -- all the waiters have to do is fill drinks and bring the check, and they are extremely slow at doing that. When I needed a drink refill, my waiter completely ignored my "wave" and I had to stand up and go get him as he chatted with a buddy. Hardly appropriate.

If you like leftover, forget it here..... The biggest turnoff about this place was the fact that if you pay for 1 bowl of food, whatever you don't eat, you cannot take it home with you. I can understand if you get the buffet option and you are not allowed to take the food home - but when you pay for a specific amount of food (i.e. 1 bowl), whatever the contents of that bowl are mine once I pay. When I asked for a to-go box, they said we don't allow that. What!!!!? So they are essentially saying that I cannot take the food that I paid for home with me and they are simply going to throw it into the garbage anyway. What a waste of food and simply a stupid policy. The food was great by the way but I think this major flaw alone will keep this place from ever succeeding.
