Disappointed.
I just believe that when you purchase a vehicle you should at minimum be treated cordially. The service department acts as if they paid you! I was told that the staff takes long lunches on Friday so my car would take longer. What! What part of service do they not understand. Arrogant, nasty and I am willing to go to Charlotte to get service in the future. The worse luxury dealership I have ever encountered. I want my Volvo back......
