The BEST Mexican restaurant on the East Coast!. I used to live in Greenville, NC where I was able to enjoy Chico's all the time. It was one of the major hotspots for young college students, but since moving to the triangle I haven't been able to eat at Chico's. When I found out there was one in Cary I was so excited. I went there are it is just a great as the Greenville location. This is amazing Mexican food that is 100 times better than Raleigh's popular "Qudoba's." Everything is fresh and delicious. This is a great place to go with family, a group of friends, or just a date, because it's very lively.

Mexican with Style. I was a fan of Chicos in Greenville when I was there and was happy to see it in Cary. This is not your run of the mill Mexican Resturaunt. The food is classier and you pay a little more, but it is well worth it. The salsa is fresh with LOTS of kick. By far our favorite is the Shrimp Tacos...wish they would share the recipe for that sauce !!!! Deserts are big enough to share. The food is cooked fresh after you order it, sit back and enjoy your free chips and salsa while you wait but be sure to save room as the servings are generous !!!

Upscale Mexican. I go to Cancun every year and have never had Shrimp Tacos there as good at the ones at Chicos. The good is fresh and always good. The salsa is made there and has fresh cilantro, be sure you have lots of water. The staff is friendly and works hard. The kids loved the clown on Tuesday night, they thought the balloon animals were the best.

the best mexican food ever. This Mexican restaurant is the best in town. The food is fantastic, and its better then the stuff you get in a super market!!The food is really authentic and tasty. The prices are really cheap. My brother loves Chicos because every Tuesday night they have a clown, and a pool table. Its fun to hang-out with your friends. The staff is so friendly. The decorations are beautiful. The owners are wonderful nice ordinary Mexican people. The patio is beautiful!! :)

I love this place I go there everyday. And I still will continue going there with my family!!! :)

Great Food!. I went to Chico's the other day with my boyfriend and it was a great time. We sat in one of their booths, which was great because it felt private. The food was great. My boyfriend had the Shrimp Tacos and I had a Salmon Filet and can i just say that both plates are delicious. I am definitely going back.

Where's my dinner?. My family and I (2 children under 5yrs. old) waited 11/2 hours and we finally left before our food arrived. We were never given a feasible explaination for the delay and the manger was going to give us free ice-cream for the inconvience. Free ice-cream, we just wanted dinner!! Don't eat at this restaurant!!!

Mediocre food, TERRIBLE SERVICE!. 25 minutes before a server even acknowledged us. Got the manager involved and he said, "Oh -- you're sitting in a section with no server." Really? Why did the hostess seat us there then? Our "server" said it wasn't his section and was barely seen at all. Finally, the manager served us. My friend even had to go to the bar and get drinks! He did more serving than anyone in there! The "server" said if we stayed they'd take care of us. Full price for the meal and a $10 off next time we go certificate -- I thought they were going to take care of us, NOT PUNISH US. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Pricy but the Shrimp Tacos are worth it!. For a mexican resturant, Chicos tends to be pricy and very americanized. They feature dishes like Cancun Oysters, Shrimp Tacos, and huge specailty salads which are all worth the 8, 9, 10 you will spend for them. However if your looken for your every day $5 taco & enchilada combo I would tell you to go somewhere else.

P.S- Shrimp Tacos and desert are outstanding!!!

Up and Coming!. I have been a customer of Chico's since the college days at East Carolina. This restaurant has friendly and efficient service. Everything is made fresh! The salsa is to die for....fresh cilantro! If you want a good margarita they have the best! I suggest the "TOP 2"! Give it a shot and if you tried them when they first opened, GO BACK!
