What People Are Saying About Carolina Ale House

In Short – Carolina Ale House is, at first glance, a run-of-the-mill sports bar. There are the requisite neon beer signs, pool table and multiple televisions showing anything and everything remotely related to sports. But with a full menu featuring a variety of choices that range from burgers to Teriyaki sirloin steak and an outdoor patio area, the Ale House offers patrons more than a front row seat to the big game.
Thumbs Down

The staff do not seem very happy to be woking. In this economy you'd think anyone would be thrilled to have a job. I would definitly not recommend the Turkey Burger. There seems to be no seasoning at all just a plain burger. If you are looking for a really great Turkey Burger, try Red Robin!
I cannot believe the way we were treated by the manager Chris

Three of my girlfriends went to this restaurant to watch the football game. The waitress separated our checks incorrectly. She charged us for drinks that were paid for at the bar. She admitted to her error but refused to correct the problem. She charged our credit card even after we told her the problem. We asked for the manager. The manager was horrible. He immediately advised all of us (even the other three women who were not in the dispute) to leave not even trying to correct the problem. The waitres stood there and would not admit to her error. The unfortunate thing is that I feel that if we were not African American, we would not have been treated that way. Not to mention that the waitress took 20 minutes to bring us or beverages and twice our food was sent to a different table. It was not like we did not want to pay for our food and drinks- we just wanted the check corrected. I hate to say it but I will never visit the Carolina Ale House again. What happened to good customer service?
