In Short – This contemporary, hip setting in yellow features hushed conversations and New Age music. Coffee and cookies out front get the pampering started. You won't be bothered by noisy cell phones or children--both aren't allowed. If only there were a little more space for furniture and clients. Manicure/pedicure, facials, massage, body treatments, hair removal, makeup application are featured. The spa also offers haircuts and coloring.

I had gotten a gift certificate from my boyfriend to use at Jolie. I went in for a permanent wave and I definitely did not get that. I had a perm but, it fell out the very next day. I called them back and they did another perm a couple days later. The stylist, she was really friendly, missed parts of my hair and thus some of my hair was curly and some was not. It looked ridiculous.
I didn't notice until I got home (another city) and realized it looked terrible. Since I have thick course hair, it was recognizable immediately. I had a relaxer done and that was that.
I called Jolie spa a week later to explain what happened and asked what could be done. The manager, Chris, seemed to never come to work and never returned my phone calls. After a week of phone tag, he finally called me back and made me feel as though I was just asking for a handout. Instead of sympathizing with my situation, he made me feel like a criminal and only offered a minimal percentage off the next hair style.
I feel that Jolie took advantage of the fact that I wasn't able to come back so they could see the half straight/half curls. Please do not get your hair styled here. I still have over 50 dollars on my gift card and I refuse to go back.

Worst massage EVER!!!!

I have had many massages but this was by far the WORST! I was quite honestly stunned by how bad this therapist was at massage. DO NOT GO HERE. Bad, bad, bad.
