Wedding Day Disaster!. Very Disappointed ! We hired 1 limo and 2 different size buses for our wedding day to take our guests to and from the church, reception and hotel. After the ceremony, the buses proceeded to take all the guests to the reception and 1 of the buses was suppose to come back to the church to pick up the bridal party after having pictures taken. They forgot us!! We waited almost an hour for the bus and when it finally arrived, the driver didn't understand why the mother of the bride was upset. Said it wasn't his problem! Needless to say all the guests were waiting and waiting for the bridal party to start the evening! When we called several days later to discuss this with the VP of the company, he acted like he had no idea what we were talking about then made some lame excuse and as VP of this company, his customer service skills were lacking to say the least. Very disappointed in this company and how they handled or rather how they have not handled this problem. Would NOT recommend their services. Too many other reputable companies who would appreciate your busines

I now know why the turnover in staff is so high here! I talked to 4 different reps in a 6 month period, all of which are no longer working there!

Most dishonest company i have every dealt with. Capital Style Limo/Transportation picked up my passengers for my wedding and got them there on time. We payed the driver a LARGE sum of money for the remaining owed balance and he pocketed the money and told the company we only gave him a small tip. The company charged my credit card for the same amount. When I contacted them, they said "well, he is our best driver; he's been here for 10 years and his honesty is above reproach." That is not at all true! I spoke to the vice-president and he backed his driver 100%. If you want to deal with a straight-forward company, then this is NOT the place for you. Please, please, please, use someone else. By the way, I'm still waiting for my money!!!

Service Was OK. The car arrived on time and was clean. The bill was twice what I was quoted. They said they had a lot of turn over and had several wrong quotes go out. They credited back the overcharge to my credit card.

Terrible Service, Dirty Limo, Rude Staff. We reserved Capital Style for our wedding and had a terrible experience. The limo arrived 45 minutes late, and while directions had been provided numerous times, I was forced to lead the driver the entire way to and from the church. The limo was dirty with empty bottles from a previous guest and dirty glasses. When we called to give feedback, the owner was extremley rude, offered no explanation or policy. He had zero customer service skills and no interest in wanting to make a customer happy. Do not use!!!

Wonderful experience!. I had a wonderful experience using Capital Style a few weeks ago when my flight at RDU was cancelled and I had to be in Philly the next morning. The driver was on time, he was very friendly and professional, and the ride was smooth and extremely comfortable. I definitely recommend Capital Style for both business and personal activities. It was a very pleasant and stress-free experience, and I arrived in Philly with a few hours to spare!

professional and fun all in one. First class all the way.Driver was ON TIME and very professional. I utilized A H2 for a night out with freinds to celebrate a birthday. My friends keep asking me to do it again soon. We had a blast. From reservation to drop off at the end of the night---FIRST CLASS! Thank you Capital Style

Excellent Experience!. For the first time I actually had a limo experience that went well. I've used several other companies in the RDU area, but Capital Style finally nailed it for me. I was able to book my trip online and received confirmations for my requests. On the day of the event, they arrived early giving me and my guests time to actually enjoy the ride, instead of feeling rushed to get to our destination. James, our driver could not have been any nicer. The car was comfortable and the ride enjoyable. It made the entire night a great experience because I was able to enjoy myself and the time with friends, instead of worrying about potential transportation issues.

Thank you Capital Style for more than just a ride. Thank you for an Excellent Experience!

Don't use this company if you want your limo to show up on time.... Driver was late which messed up rest of evenings plans. Company only issued 1 hour credit. I do not recommend this company at all.

Extremely poor service. Service was ordered three weeks prior to wedding. Client followed up the day before the wedding and verified the time date and location. On the day of the wedding the driver was missing in action. After several calls, it was determined the driver was lost. Fifty five minutes later the bride and groom were departing in a mini van when the bridesmaids found the lost driver and directed him to the church. The bride and groom then were picked up by the driver who had to be directed by the bride to the reception site. It was a total disaster. It is a limo services core business to get from point A to point B. I would not want anyone else to ruin a special event with this type of service.
