RIP OFF. POP CORN way over $6!!!!!!! A soda over $5! What a rip off, they fleece everyone, stay away...
Smells like urine!!. I used to think that Crossroads 20 was one of the best theaters in the area. My last two experiences have changed my opinion. The theaters reek of urine! The first of my recent trips, it was only entry hallway into the theater that smelled badly. The second trip, the entire theater smelled like a dirty hampster cage. I don't think that I will ever go back to that theater!
Bad Management..
It's a great movie theatre; Really nice and all, I go there all the time. But whenever I go there the employees seem to be rude or not doing their jobs correctly. Last night someone dropped us off and my friend had left her ID in the car. All of the other people had theirs. They let us pay for our tickets and right before we walked into the actual theatre the manager stops us and asks for ID.
After talking to the manager I asked; "So why don't your employees do their jobs and card people when they pay for the tickets?"
She raised her voice and said "If you're going to attack me you can get out right now!"
After I told her that wasn't fair she got someone to tell us to leave.
So we got kicked out because I asked a question?
I'm definitely going to start going to BeaverCreek.
Crossroads 20's salt is extracted from caviar.. It's true!!! They are charging for salt. How stupid is that? Soon enough you will be paying a fuel surcharge for the butter.
TERRIBLE! Was put off by their craptastic money grubbing new policy that now charges $1.5 if you want salt..
Tickets for 2 ~ 18-19$
Popcorn and 2 sodas ~ 15-18$
Now on top of this they now no longer offer the free service of....SALT!!!!
Yes that's right, salt now costs $1.5 here at crossroads 20.
What's next "Oh you'd like a straw? $1...hmm? Oh you probably want some napkins too, that costs..."
What a crock, on top of this the movie was slightly out of focus and projected too low, usually I would just go and say something, but I was already ticked off and didn't want to lose my temper. (we went to see the Hulk, haha)
Good atmosphere, many screens to choose from. Good atmosphere, many screens to choose from. Concession stand offers wide variety. Ambiance and setting within each theater is appropriate. Sound system is nice.
Nice theatre. Nice theatre in a nice area. Traffic is bad, due to construction in the area, but lots of shopping and food in the area.
best stadium seating i've found. this theater has the best seating i've found in the triangle..i've had no problems with the visuals or sound..so i recommend ..it's been clean and people have benn nice and responsive evry time i've been here..the lines can be long for feature films, but i expected it for a theater offering this many new release films..i also thought the prices were comparable to other nice theatres in the area..yes i think it's too expensive, but no i didn't think their prices were any higher than others in the area
