Horrible Establishment. I decided to go to see the Early showing of Kung Fu Panda 2 in 3-D with my 5 year old daughter. The showing was supposed to start at 12:05 and we arrived at 11:15 and were told that they didnt open until 11:30 so I went and sat in the car until then. So we return to knock on the door and it was still locked while the staff refused to open the door. They finally open the door at 11:45 and we proceeded to get snack and ctach the previews. We get into the movie and it was to start at 12:05 but did not begin until 12:30. Then midway through the movie the power goes out and for about 10 minutes theres no movie and they preoceed to rewind the movie to where it was before the cut off. It was a horrible experience and The Manager and General Manager are horrible and need a course in Management Training and Customer Service. Avoid this dump at all cost and go to North Hills or even Six Forks Station.

Go on a weekday.... What a dump!!! The theatre smelled like B.O.. The carpets are aweful. I am glad it was dark so I couldn't see what the seats looked like. It is very hard to believe this theatre had been renovated in the last 8 years. The help was bad. Management has no control over the patrons and the Police didn't seem to have any effect. I will never go again unless the sun is shining; this is not the place to be on Fri & Sat Night.

Not bad, not great. This used to be the biggest theater in the Raleigh area, and now is just another megaplex among many. It's older, and starting to show it just a bit, but the service is decent and the popcorn is great. It's appearance is your typical Carmike syle, which isn't bad but it's exactly like every other Carmike in the country. It's a nice neighborhood place for those who live close by, but I live on the other side of town and I don't think it's worth driving the distance to visit each time I see a movie. I used to come alot for their $3.50 matinees, but for some reason they stopped doing this and then denied that they ever did it. I don't mind going here every now and then, but I prefer the closer-by (and nicer) North Hills and the Raleigh Grande.

Seating. The Seats in most of the theatre romms are terrible. They are stained, broken, and missing arm rests, in general they need to be upgraded, other then that it would be an outstanding theatre.

Good but..... If you want to go see a movie at the theater with the best, sound and video go to Carmike 15! Really... even their small theaters have great, rocking sound, and crystal clear pictures... the bad thing is that it doesn't always have the best crowd of people hanging out, especially on a Friday or Saturday night

i've had better. this place has improved over time but is still not the best. you must stand out in the lobby until right before your movie starts. I have had better experiences.

Decent, but not the best.. Every time I go to this theatre, it is like a different place each time. Sometimes they clean the theatres out decently, sometimes they don't and there is crap all over the floors. They need to fix the air filtration in there, b/c it always stinks.

Can't mention anything about the noisy people, b/c you'll have that at every theatre you go to - just seems like it is noisier at this theatre...

Clean.modern, just bad service. This newly remodeled (within a year or so) theatre offers comfortable chairs, big screens and superb sound...what it doesn't offer is much in the way of service. If you can live with that..this is a good bet. And its not as crowded as the Grande.

Tear it down. This place is awful. By having the entrances at the front where the screen is, and forcing the patrons to climb some very awkward stairs to get to their seats, the maximum aggravation is acheived with the minimul expenditure. I think its a potential firetrap. The concession stand is slow, overpriced, and the popcorn and candy seems stale. There is a nice pleasant black lady ticket taker whose warmth and good manners does not belong in this wormy dump.
